Transport for Marktlink anniversary in Reims
Marktlink celebrated its 30th anniversary with all 400 employees in Reims, the heart of the Champagne region. From 10 to 12 September 2026, Stuur Chauffeurs provided the transport. From departure in the Netherlands to the final transfer in Reims.
One anniversary, 400 employees, seven hotels
Everyone followed their own schedule, including a champagne tasting, padel, football, and a gala dinner at Pommery. Consequently, groups of various sizes needed to be in different places at different times. On top of that came the outward journey from three Dutch locations, colleagues travelling one way only, and a film crew that had to hitch a ride. A complex logistical puzzle that had to fit together seamlessly over three days.

Outward journey from the Netherlands: 8 vehicles departing from Deventer, Amsterdam and Rotterdam, with fixed departure times and combined pick-up routes.
Dedicated driver per vehicle: each employee received the name and phone number of their driver in advance.
80 local transfers: between the seven hotels, the activities and the gala at Pommery.
Local coach partner: for large groups and peak times, we collaborated with a transport provider from Reims, under our management.
Customisation on the day itself: groups with alternative itineraries were collected separately and transported on time.
Single point of contact: Stuur coordinated everything directly with Signature Relatiemarketing, the main contractor for the event.
