How quickly can I book a driver?
For a first booking, we work with a short lead time of a few days. We start with an introduction, match the right driver, and schedule the first ride.
Can the driver wait and take me back again?
Yes, that is indeed one of the advantages. The driver waits for you and then takes you back at your pace, not that of a taxi.
Is my car insured if someone else drives?
In most cases, your own car insurance also covers an occasional driver. We recommend that you check this with your insurer in advance. Our drivers drive carefully and are fully screened.
Can I request a permanent driver?
Yes. We connect you with a permanent driver who knows your preferences, routes, and schedule. In case of absence, we ensure a qualified substitute.
What if I have to cancel at the last minute?
We understand that. We have a clear cancellation policy with no surprises; there are no costs for timely cancellation.
